Melissa Bennett, founder of Leap Frog Coaching and Consulting, has a passion to get things done and to understand the human mind enough to make it happen. Melissa’s desire is to help create a paradigm shift from top-down management to resonant leadership. Believing that emotional intelligence is the underpinning of success, she works with leaders to learn and enhance the skills most advantageous for their people, and themselves. By facilitating the process for all to understand that with high levels of positivity – in leaders, within teams, as well as in the workplace – it is common to maximize performance and productivity, minimize turnover, and increase the bottom line.
Melissa holds bachelor degrees in Psychology and Sociology, and an associate arts degree in Photography. She is currently working on her master’s degree in the Neuroscience of Leadership.
Melissa strives to bring her learning from the Neuroscience of Leadership program beyond the corner office to leaders from all walks of life, as she will at the Green Entrepreneur live meeting. She will also share with whom she recommends green cleaning products for a natural green home cleaning.
