I spoke to Rae Ann when she called the company I work for on Monday 11-7-2011. She mentioned a product that works for hard water buildup, but I didn’t write the name of that product down. I would be so thankful to know what that item is. Beautiful website, and it truly was wonderful to talk to Rae Ann!
