The Green Entrepreneur MeetUp group serving Colorado announces the July 8, 2010 meeting speaker. We are very fortunate to have Daimon Vilppu, a satisfied customer of Green Cleaning Products line of natural green cleaners. This meeting is organized and sponsored by Green Cleaning Products LLC. The new commercial line of green janitorial chemical will be displayed at the meeting.
A bit more about our speaker, Daimon is President of Simply Efficient Solar and Wind. Within the booming trillion dollar green industry, he is pursuing his passion. Daimon has always been interested in alternative energy. It was his focus while he worked towards his degree in mechanical engineering. It was not until 1999, however, that he really jumped completely and totally into solar. From there he has never looked back. Daimon came to Colorado for a summer of training with Solar Energy International, and has never left!
While in the training program he received and accepted an offer for a position running the solar electric division of Industrial Solar Technology Corporation (IST). Once in IST he quickly realized his skills and passion was in its solar thermal operations. He quickly advanced to become Vice President responsible for residential and commercial solar thermal. He has participated in everything aspect of the operations from overseeing the crews to installing and servicing numerous residential and commercial solar thermal systems.
In 2006, Daimon became President of Simply Efficient. In partnership with Guy Larson and Charley Adams, they shared a vision, which is what Simply Efficient is today. This is to offer their clients the best alternative energy/energy efficiency options for them based on their unique needs.
