We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your products and the service you receive from Green Cleaning Products LLC. For instance, we provide you with our policies up front.
We ship to the Continental USA via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or US Postal Service. We will determine the shipping method based on the best method for your order. Shipping rates calculated are not a definite indication of shipping method selected unless we are contacted that it has to be what is specified. Otherwise we will use them as a guideline and use the best method.
We do not ship to international destinations without prior discussion and agreement.
Returns are accepted if the item(s) are returned in the original condition within 15 days of purchase.
If an item needs to be returned, the process is:
- Contact us via email at Shop@GreenCleaningProductsLLC.com or call us at (720) 746-0803 regarding your plans.
- All returns must be complete and in good re-saleable condition. This means it must be returned in their original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
- No refunds on a custom order, such as a gift basket or a special order.
- Due to the extremely limited availability, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on any WowGreen product.
- A copy of your receipt and a description of why you are returning the item MUST be included with your return.
- Ship the item back to us prepaid by you.
- A credit for the product purchase price you paid will be issued, excluding a 20% restocking fee and the shipping & handling charges paid. Your credit is issued once we have confirmed receipt and condition of the returned item.
- Our guarantee does not cover damage due to neglect, accident or misuse.
- All returns are subject to the following: Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.
- Returns should be shipped with a trackable shipping service. Priority Mail service with tracking barcodes includes $50 insurance. If the return value exceeds $50 the shipment should be insured for the value of the merchandise, as Green Cleaning Products LLC assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments that are in transit. (Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us.) All products must be in “as-new” condition and in original packaging.
- If your package does not arrive and you do not use a trackable method to return (or if you refuse the shipment) as a method of return, you may not be covered by our generous return policy.
We will gladly exchange product for the same item, unless it is a WowGreen product. You will be responsible however for paying our postage cost for resending your exchanged item. Please discuss your exchange with a member of our customer service department before mailing anything.
